The Bushmen THERMO-Tarp™ is one of the most versatile and reliable tarps in our collection!
It's made with a high-quality ripstop nylon weave that is not only lightweight but also incredibly durable, ensuring that your tarp will last through many adventures.
The tarp is coated with a thermal insulation layer to keep you warm by reflecting body heat back to you during cold nights. For hot days, position the silver coating outwards to prevent overheating.
But that's not all – the THERMO-Tarp™ also has a UPF 50+ rating, the highest possible protection! Laboratory tests show this tarp offers 99.92% protection against UVB rays responsible for skin cancer.
It’s water-resistant, too, so you can stay dry during unexpected rainstorms. And with its multiple tie-out points, you can easily set up your shelter in a variety of configurations using trees, rocks, trekking poles, or even bikes, providing comfort and shelter.
Choose from the smaller 2m x 3m size for solo or two-person adventurers or the larger 3m x 4m size for up to 3 people. Both sizes are ultra lightweight and compact, making it easy to take with you on any adventure.
In bad weather, it can be pitched quickly for full insulation from the ground and elements. Its thermal conductivity is significantly lower than that of sand or grass, ensuring protection from cold, wet weather and wind.
